How does GoCancun work?

The agency registers and uploads its catalog
You create your account as an agency, upload your tours with photos, a description, and prices. You also add your suppliers (Xcaret, cenotes, etc.) and your transfers.
You assign which supplier manages which tour. For example: "Chichén Itzá → Supplier Maya Excursions".

The traveler chooses a tour and pays
Your client accesses your page, chooses the tour, fills in the date, hotel, number of people, and pays securely with Stripe.

The AI takes control
Once payment is confirmed, our AI automatically:
- • Contact the assigned supplier via WhatsApp with all the information.
- • Wait for the supplier's response (entry code + pickup time)
- • Assign a transfer and send them the pickup information.
- • Inform the traveler of everything: voucher, time, transfer

Everyone sees what they need
Each actor has their own panel:
- • Agency: view all bookings, statistics, manage tours
- • Traveler: view your reservation, voucher, pickup time, transfer info
- • Transfer: view their assignments for the day (hotel, time, people)
- • Supplier: view received requests
